At SemiQuin, every item is custom-made once your order is placed, ensuring unique products tailored just for you. Because of this, we have specific refund guidelines to protect both our customers and our production partners.
1. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns only for defective or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged or with printing errors, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Since products are made to order, we cannot accept returns for:

Incorrect sizes ordered by the customer

Change of mind after production begins
3. Refund Process
Once your issue is verified, we’ll offer a replacement or full refund. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
4. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of placing them, as production starts automatically soon after.
